Fig Cake Neuholder type
Ingredients
- 220g flour (smoothly)
- 90g crystal sugar
- 70g icing sugar
- 200g butter
- 300g figs
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 knifepoint cinnamon
- 1 TL vanilla sugar
- rum (also cherry-rum)

Preparation
Cut figs in cube and insert 1 hour in rum. Divide eggs in yolk and white.
Dough
Scramble butter with icing sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla sugar to a creamy pulp. Yolks gradually mix in. Strike Eiklar and crystal sugar to snow. Stir snow and figs with the mass carefully unterheben and with flour.
Bake
Butter backing dish and strew with some flour. Heat up oven on 170°C (336°F) and bake cake for ½ hour.
