loafes of bread (farmers' buns)
Ingredients:
- 50 g flour smooth
- 1 Knifepoint baking powder
- 3 egg white
- 200 g dust sugars
- 120 g cook chocolates (rubbed)
- 100g walnuts (rubbed)
- 160 g coco-flakes
- 2-3 tablespoon rum
- 1 Pkg. vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Whippe egg whites to snow.
With dust sugar and vanilla sugar further strike to stiff snow. Mix rum, nuts, coco-flakes, flour and baking powder under the snow mass.
Form little balls from the end the mass, roll'em in dust sugar and bake at 180°
